The key thing that we need to remember is that maintaining the beauty of our youth is something that we must work at. It is a lifelong process and we must do different things at various levels to maintain our youth. One of the most important things that we need to do is to eliminate junk foods and processed foods from our diet as much as possible. The chemicals that they contain are not meant to be consumed by the human body. Grains, fruits, vegetables, and cereals are better for overall health along with white non fatty meats. Drugs, alcohol, and tobacco are three of the worst substances that you can consume. You in fact poison yourself when you use them. Many times those who drink and smoke dont get the right levels of water that the body needs which serves to compound the negative effects of the liquor and nicotine.
You should wash your body each day and apply natural oils after you wash. Once again you dont need to apply many cosmetics to your body because they contain chemicals which may not be conducive to good health. Cleansing the skin removes harmful germs and substances that can cause damage. The caveat to this is that you dont want to wash the skin too often or spend an inordinate amount of time in water, especially chlorinated water because water will remove the oils that your body produces which protect the skin from harmful bacteria. Exercise strengthens and tightens the skin and muscles of the body which enhances youthfulness. Exercise and proper diet alone do more for your body and skin than all of the cosmetic treatments in the world combined.
